The Property

The farm encapsulates over 40 acres of rolling fields, peppered with native trees - home to a wealth of local birdlife.  We welcome you to meet the goats and alpacas! A short walk from the front door, there is also a dam with surrounding lawn, we encourage for picnics. A peaceful window to country living whilst offering wineries and the beach in under 5 minutes.

Whether you want to start your day with a rugged bush walk, head straight to your new favourite cafe or go on a quiet drive through Red Hill. The food scene rivals Melbourne with fine dining wineries and restaurants, institutional pubs and must do fish and chips on the beachfront. There is ample opportunity for the active adventurer with surfing, stand up paddle boarding and hikes, alongside restorative yoga studios, local artisan stores and spas. The cottages give you the ideal base to explore everywhere from Mornington to Portsea.
